EcoVida Health Article: Is the BMI (Body Mass Index) really that accurate?

Very interesting article! I often wondered how accurate the BMI is. My doctor uses it during my yearly check ups and she always tells me I am underweights and need to eat more. I eat well (and a lot) but I am very active and do yoga daily... so why does my BMI say I am unhealthy and underweight. We need for more accurate ways of measuring health!
